Greenlawn Terrace Elementary is a school of excellence in Kenner, LA.  As a SACS accredited school, Greenlawn offers a safe and dynamic learning environment for a diversity of students in grades Pre-K through 5.  The students of Greenlawn are provided with the knowledge to succeed in the present and to be the leaders of the future as a result of the engaging teaching methods of its certified teachers and library media specialist.  Greenlawn believes it is important to exercise the mind and body by providing its students with top technology such as Promethean Boards and with the new health exercise program, Smart Bodies.  Greenlawn's faculty and staff strive to make learning fun and engaging for all of its students by providing them with educational tools that are useful, beneficial, and above all, "for the kids."

8:30 A.M.- Morning Announcements

8:40 A.M.- Students recite the Pledge of Allegiance, Greenlawn's mission statement, and Greenlawn's PBIS Expectations.  Students are considered "tardy" if they are not in homeroom.

3:30 P.M.- Dismissal Bell
